- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology. Final year/Semester students are also eligible to apply,
Age Limit
- The age limit should be 27 years.
Age Relaxation:

Salary details
- The Executive Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/- plus Dearness Allowances (IDA) as per rules of the Company.
- On successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainees will be designated as Assistant Managers in the scale pay of Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- and initial Basic Pay will be fixed at Rs.60,000/- per month
Selection Process

Training and Probation:
- Candidates selected as Executive Trainees will be placed on training for 01 years.
- After successful completion of training, the candidates shall be placed under probation for one year.
Job Location:

- Candidates will not be allowed to seek/apply for transfer to any other plant/unit location of the Company for an initial four years of service.
- For departmental candidates, this restriction will be for an initial two years.
